If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to assist and resolve it promptly.

Dine-In Orders

If you are not satisfied with your meal, please inform a staff member immediately while you are still in the restaurant. We will gladly remake the dish, replace it with another item, or provide an appropriate solution.

Takeout and Delivery Orders

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of receiving the food. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement of the item

• Store credit for a future order

• Refund to the original payment method

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake with your order (missing or incorrect items), please notify us right away and we will correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Quality Concerns

If the food quality does not meet expectations, we may request photos or the return of the item so we can properly review the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

• The majority of the food has already been consumed

• Incorrect address or delivery information provided by the customer

• Orders reported long after the food was received

• Customer change of mind after the order has been prepared

Online Orders and Third-Party Platforms

Orders placed through third-party platforms (such as delivery apps) must follow the refund policies of those platforms.
